Our house specialty: Turkey, Pheasant and Duck in a casserole blended with Mushrooms, Bacon Lardoons, Red Currant Jelly, Long Grain & Wild Rice, topped with a golden egg crust. Game used in early years usually consisted of the days kill. Much time and effort was spent perfecting this dish. We think it a perfect balance of the ingredients and a taste sensation that youll long remember. Our number one dish by far!
