Turkey, pheasant, duck and bacon blended with mushrooms, bacon lardoons, red currant jelly, long grain and wild rice wrapped in a puff pastry shell - baked until golden brown served over a pumpkin puree

Aromas of Apricot and green peppercorns give way to lush flavors of juicy fruit bubblegum, guava and citrus zest.  This ale rounds out with a semi-dry white wine-like finish.  ABV: 7.0%  IBU 29

Entrée -Chicken and shrimp pasta
chicken and black tiger shrimp, spinach, red onion and tomato sautéed in a garlic parmesan cream sauce, tossed with penne pasta

Smooth, easy drinking light (in color) ale.   Born of German yeast, English and British malt and American Hops; this i the Quintessential American Beer.  We crafted ABA over the last few years to be a perfect stepping stone into the world of Craft Beer.  Not too hoppy or to malty, this beer can be paired with any fine meal.  ABV: 6.0%  IBU 20

This limited edition Wee Heavy has been aged in American oak barrels on a bed of dried tart cherries and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans.  Creating flavors and aromas reminiscent of chocolate cherry cordials and vanilla wafers with a slight oaky finish.  ABV: 8.0% IBU 21

Join us for a four-course Wine Dinner with Adams County Winery in the Meade and Lee Dining Rooms! Sit down to enjoy some of our Chef’s Specialties and sample some of Adams County’s best local wines! A staff member from Adams County Winery will be present to describe the wine to you, offer samples, and answer any questions that you may have! You won’t want to miss this dinner!

1st Course - Cream of Chicken Artichoke Soup- Riesling – A semi-dry white wine with subtle tones of honeysuckle, apricot and orange blossoms.

2nd Course - Pork Bruschetta - Rusty’s Red – A semi-sweet red blend of Concord and Steuben.

3rd Course - Crab and Roasted Red Pepper Stuffed Orange Roughy- Chardonnay – A beautifully crafted and lightly oaked wine with a hint of lemon and a mild buttery finish.

4th course- Pomegranate Parfait Cheesecake- Three Ships to the Wind – A unique semi-sweet red blend with the diverse flavors of Cabernet, Chambourcin and notes of peach.
