Appetizer - Farnsworth Shrimp

Pan Seared Bacon Wrapped Shrimp sautéed in a sweet soy and balsamic reduction with roasted red peppers and green onions - served over garlic crostini

Paired with Trail’s End Pale Ale: 5.4% ABV 48 IBUs – served in a bottle

Hopped five times, with Citra Hops, this Pale Ale delivers a robust aroma with hints of melon, grapefruit and passion fruit. The clean finish of this ale makes it a fitting session beer for whichever trail you choose to travel.

 Entrée - Confederate Chicken

Chargrilled Chicken Breast served over fried sweet potato hash finished with sautéed spinach, red onion and button mushrooms in a gorgonzola cream sauce

Paired with Plum’s Up (Belgian-style strong ale with plum): 9.2% ABV 20 IBUs - draft

Sweet plums flavors, with subtle dark chocolate finish.

Dessert Chocolate Torte

Chocolate Torte Cake topped with chocolate ganache and a fresh raspberry coulis

Paired with Wolf King Imperial Stout (with coffee): 8.2% ABV  20 IBUs – served by the bottle

This Imperial Stout is brewed with hints of Warrior One coffee - an organic, shade-grown blend from Costa Rica. Through a partnership with Lycoming College and Golden Valley Farm Coffee Roasters, sales of this coffee help fund study and research opportunities in the developing world.

Join us for a four-course Wine Dinner with Adams County Winery in the Meade and Lee Dining Rooms! Sit down to enjoy some of our Chef’s Specialties and sample some of Adams County’s best local wines! A staff member from Adams County Winery will be present to describe the wine to you, offer samples, and answer any questions that you may have! You won’t want to miss this dinner!

1st Course - New England Clam Chowder- Tears of Gettysburg – A sweet white wine which features a smooth union of Vidal, Seyval and Niagara.

2nd Course - Bacon and Bleu Salad- Rebel Red – A sweet Concord and Niagara blend with a taste that resembles a freshly picked grape.

3rd Course - Farnsworth Pasta - Turning Point – A smooth, dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin aged with American oak.

4th Course - Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding- Entwine’d Hot Chocolate – Red wine and chocolate mixed with hot chocolate and a hint of vanilla.
