HOUSE SPECIALTY: Game Pie

Turkey, Pheasant and Duck in a casserole blended with Mushrooms, Bacon Lardoons, Red Currant Jelly, Long Grain & Wild Rice, topped with a golden egg crust. Game used in early years usually consisted of the day’s kill. Much time and effort was spent perfecting this dish. We think it a perfect balance of the ingredients and a taste sensation that you’ll long remember. Our number one dish by far!
